- Brush: base 95 / thinner up to 5%
- Compliant spray gun: base 90 / thinner up to 10%
- Thinner options: HMG Thinner 2611 or 2612
- Spray gun setup: 1.6-1.8 mm
- Number of coats: 1 light coat plus 1 full coat
- Flash off: approximately 15 minutes between coats
Drying times at 20°C
- Touch dry: approximately 4 hours
- Hard dry: approximately 24 hours

Surface preparation
Ensure surfaces are dry, clean and free from contaminants before coating. Follow the current HMG preparation guidance and use the appropriate cleaning and primer system for the substrate.

- Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking.
- Do not breathe dust, fume, gas, mist, vapours or spray.
- Use suitable respiratory protection and adequate ventilation when spraying.
- If on skin or hair, remove contaminated clothing immediately and rinse skin with water or shower.
- Store locked up and dispose of contents/container in accordance with applicable regulations.
