Delivery Information

Choose standard delivery, express delivery or free collection from Sandwich Marina. Available services and the final charge are shown at checkout.

Standard UK delivery

£4.99, or free on qualifying orders of £50 or more.

For in-stock items, allow approximately 3–5 working days from placing your order. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days, followed by an estimated 2–3 working days in transit.

Express UK delivery

£6.99 where available at checkout. For in-stock items, allow approximately 2–4 working days from placing your order, including dispatch. Express orders use a faster delivery service, but this is not a guaranteed next-day service. Free standard delivery does not include an express upgrade.

Free collection from Sandwich Marina

Select Pick up at checkout when available for your order. In-stock items can be ready for collection in as little as 1 hour during opening hours. Orders placed outside opening hours will be prepared when we reopen. Please wait for your ready-to-collect email before travelling and bring your order confirmation.

Availability and delivery estimates

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer for some destinations or during courier disruption. Products that need to be sourced have a separate lead time; please contact us to confirm availability and timing before ordering. If your order is urgent, contact us before placing it.

Large, heavy or specialist items

Bulky, heavy, hazardous, restricted or specialist products may need a different delivery service or handling arrangement. Please contact us before ordering these items to confirm suitable delivery options and charges.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or dispatch.
