Products
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, specifications, photographs and prices are accurate.
Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, packaging revisions, manufacturing variations and the device used to view the website.
Measurements described as approximate should be treated accordingly.
Where a manufacturer changes packaging without materially changing the product, the packaging received may occasionally differ from the image displayed.
Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
We may refuse or cancel an order where, for example:
- a product is unavailable;
- a pricing or listing error has occurred;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; or
- we cannot lawfully supply the goods.
If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
Prices
Prices displayed on the website may change without notice.
The price applicable to an order is normally the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed where required.
Payment

Orders may not be dispatched until payment has been authorised.
Availability
Stock figures are maintained as accurately as reasonably possible but may occasionally become incorrect because of simultaneous orders, stock discrepancies, damaged inventory or system errors.
If we cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund where necessary.
Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Risk in physical goods normally passes to a consumer when the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or a person identified by the consumer to take possession of them, subject to applicable law.
