Pay-on-collection reservations are held for 48 hours from the time we send your ready-to-collect email. To cancel, email office@kenrika.co.uk with your order number before the deadline. If you need longer, contact us before the 48 hours expires and we’ll extend the hold where possible. Uncollected unpaid reservations may then be cancelled and the stock released.

For most eligible online consumer purchases, you can normally notify us of cancellation within 14 days of receiving the goods. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
